Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at regime@outlook.my with your order details and supporting images.

Eligible cases will be reviewed and a replacement will be arranged where applicable.
